1. Who we are and what these terms cover

G12 Titan is a brand operated under a company registered in the Republic of Zambia ("G12 Titan", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use apply to the G12 Titan website and app, including Titan Search, public question pages, free resources, and the premium practice service.

By using G12 Titan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. What G12 Titan is

G12 Titan is a study platform for Grade 10–12 Mathematics aligned to the Zambian O-Level syllabus. We provide practice questions, verified worked solutions, progress tracking, and related study tools.

G12 Titan is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) or the Ministry of Education.

We work hard to keep every answer and worked solution correct, and we check our working against official marking standards. We cannot, however, guarantee that any content is free of errors, or that using G12 Titan will result in any particular examination grade. Your results depend on your own study.

3. Your account

You register with your own phone number and must keep your login details secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

An account is for one person. Sharing an account, or sharing premium content from your account with people who have not paid, is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.

If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately.

4. Premium subscriptions and payment

Some content and features are free; the full practice service requires a premium subscription, currently paid through mobile money. A subscription grants access for the period stated at the time of purchase (currently 30 days per payment) and does not renew automatically.

Access is activated only when our payment provider confirms your payment. What you have paid for, and until when, is determined by our records, which are decided on our servers.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable once premium access has been activated. If you paid but did not receive access, contact us and we will investigate and put it right.

Prices may change. A price change never shortens access you have already paid for.

5. Our content and your licence to use it

The worked solutions, explanations, teaching commentary, original practice questions, videos, question selection and arrangement, and the design and software of G12 Titan are the property of G12 Titan and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws of Zambia.

Original past-examination questions reproduced on this platform are the copyright of the Examinations Council of Zambia.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use G12 Titan content for your own private study (or, for teachers and parents, for helping your own pupils or children in person). That is the only licence granted.

You may not: copy, republish, or distribute our worked solutions or explanations, whether on websites, social media, WhatsApp groups, or in print; sell, rent, or charge others for access to any G12 Titan content; scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract content from the platform, whether manually or with software; use G12 Titan content to build or train a competing product or dataset; or remove or obscure any copyright notice.

Sharing a screenshot of a single question with your study group to discuss the method is fine. Sharing our full worked solutions, or any part of the premium service, with people who have not paid is a breach of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to bypass payment checks or access premium content without paying; probe, disrupt, or overload the service; access other users' accounts or data; or use the platform for anything unlawful.

Automated access to the platform (bots, scripts, scrapers) is not permitted without our prior written consent, except for ordinary search-engine indexing of our public pages.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, including account sharing, content redistribution, or payment abuse. Where the breach is serious or repeated, we may do so without refund.

You may stop using G12 Titan at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive (including the content licence restrictions and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

8. Limitation of liability

G12 Titan is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or examination outcomes, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Zambia.

9. Changes to the service and to these terms

We improve G12 Titan continuously and may add, change, or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the change matters to paying users, tell you in the app.

Continuing to use G12 Titan after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, and the courts of Zambia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
